Vivian E.Malpass PhD is available to testify on behalf of clients based on his extensive background and experience working with many different thermoplastic materials and capability to have appropriate testing performed under his direction.
He has had direct experience as an expert witness when employed by both Borg-Warner Corporation and Ferro Corporation.
Has also served as an expert witness for a US company manufacturing injection molded products in China for import to the US and for a US company injection molding thermoplastics food containers for the US
